Although Justin Bieber could virtually do whatever he wanted for his 17th birthday...the pop sensation is arranging a low-key celebration, all he really wants to do is spend the afternoon relaxing with family and eating his grandma's cheesecake.
The 'Pray' singer turns 12 months older tomorrow but he isn't going to follow-up his 16th birthday with any party plans.

Recently, Bieber was treated with a completely new car by his mentor Usher and held a Sweet 16 bash for friends, who took part in activities including paintball, sumo wrestling and laser tag.

Though the singer is refusing to party in 2010 - while he desires to spend his a day off with relatives before moving out on his world tour, which commences on 4 March.

He tells Entertainment Tonight, "I simply have, like, four days (off), so I'm just gonna relax because I start my world tour - so (I'm) just planning to mentally prepare and relax. No birthday bash... Hopefully my grandparents will probably be out here and I'm going to be capable of spend some time, slightly, together. My grandma helps to make the best cheesecake - cherry cheesecake. She made that for my 13th birthday."
